v0.119-rc2 release candidate

Hi to all.

Here it is new q4wine release candidate tagged by 0.119 version.

Changes since 0.119-rc1 are:

• Updated Italian and Ukrainian translations;
• Some fixes for GUI layout;
• Prefix icons created by default after prefix creation;

We have one week for translation update and bugs hunting, before 0.119 will be released;
